Agreements reached at mediation are successful as parties have played a pivotal role in the process. Mediation Outline Step 1-One or more parties contacts the mediator. Step 2-Determine suitability of issue for mediation and participant’s availability. Step 3-All parties attend scheduled mediation. Pre-meetings may occur in some cases. Step 4-Provide copies of Agreement or subsequent options. |
